Where is the Miami Beach Convention Center located? Where can I park?

The Miami Beach Convention Center is located at 1901 Convention Center Drive, Miami Beach, Florida 33139. See available parking lots and garages in the surrounding area with the parking garage locator. Valet parking will be available. Please note: there are no in/out privileges.

Is the Miami Beach Convention Center ADA accessible?

Yes, the MBCC is ADA compliant. Accessible parking, sidewalk ramps, restrooms and elevators are all available. Scooter and wheelchair rentals are available through Scootaround. Click here to reserve.

Are there scooters and/or wheelchairs available? How can I reserve one?

Scooters $80/day and wheelchairs $30/day are available through Scootaround. You can reserve availabile mobility equipment online here.

Are animals allowed at the Miami Beach Convention Center?

Service animals are allowed at the MBCC in compliance with ADA regulations. A service animal is any animal that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability. Service animals must be leashed at all times. Please note: Emotional support animals, comfort animals, or therapy animals are not service animals and are not allowed in the Miami Beach Convention Center. Are there special rates for hotels near the Miami Beach Convention Center?

Can I bring a large bag into the show?

BAG POLICY

No large bags are allowed on the show floor during show hours for any reason. This includes but is not limited to: large backpacks, large duffle bags and luggage (including roller bags). “Large bags” can be defined as anything exceeding H12”x L14” x D8” *

SUBJECT TO SEARCH:

For the safety and security of our event, as well as to safeguard the integrity of all of our exhibiting dealers, bringing in quantities of jewelry and/or watch items is strictly prohibited unless you have purchased a Non-Exhibiting Dealer badge. While all bags are subject to search, the below are allowed onto the show floor only after being searched by our security team:

  • Small & midsized backpacks
  • Tote bags
  • Large purses

*We encourage you to leave large bags in your hotel room during show hours or in our storage room located in Ocean Ballroom D.

Is outside food and beverage allowed inside the Miami Beach Convention Center?

No, outside food and beverage is not allowed inside the MBCC. Concessions will be available during show days.

I lost an item during the event. What do I do?

Lost and found items will be turned into show management during the show. Items not picked up will be turned into building security concluding the show.

Is smoking allowed at the Miami Beach Convention Center?

No, smoking/vaping is prohibited inside the facility. Ash/trash units are supplied in the designated areas outside of the bus canopies at all entrances for those who wish to smoke.

Is vaping allowed at the Miami Beach Convention Center?

No. Vapor-generating electronic devices are prohibited at the Miami Beach Convention Center.

Are children allowed at the show?

Due to safety restrictions, children 17 and under are not allowed on the show floor during move-in or move-out. Children 17 and under must be accompanied by an adult during show days. Minors may accompany exhibitors during exhibitor access hours on show days. Strollers are allowed during show days.

I lost my badge, what do I do?

In the case of a lost badge, a lost badge reprint is required at a fee.

Do you mail badges and/or tickets?

Badges are not mailed prior to the show. Please see the registration table during registration times to obtain your badge for The Original Miami Beach Antique Show.

Is The Original Miami Beach Antique Show open to the public?

Yes, The Original Miami Beach Antique Show is open to the public with the purchase of a ticket. You may purchase tickets here.

What is the cost of a ticket?

Please view the current ticket prices here. Starting January 11, 2024, tickets will cost $50.

I lost my ticket, what do I do?

There are no replacements for lost tickets. You must purchase a new ticket.

I attended in the past as a member of the trade, do I need to register again?

Yes, all those wishing to attend the 2024 Original Miami Beach Antique Show need to register.

Will there be appraisers onsite?

Yes, all attendees with a valid show ticket are invited to bring one item on Saturday, January 13, to be appraised by one of Sotheby’s experienced appraisers. Verbal valuations will be on a first come first served basis. 

What are the trade buyer qualifications?

To complete registration as a trade buyer, please upload one form of company/store identification and one form of employee identification (see below). We reserve the right to request additional business identification if deemed necessary. If you have attended the show in the past, your name may be in our system. Search for your name at the registration page and if found, you do not need to submit the credentials.

Acceptable Company/Store Identitication:

  • Tax ID nuber
  • Resale tax certificate for jewelry-related business
  • Store/commercial lease indicating type of business

Acceptable Employee Identification

  • Employee verification letter on company letterhead from owner or manager stating job status
  • Copy of company credit card with both employee’s and company’s name (please block out card number)
  • Copy of company insurance card with employee’s name
